What we collect

Through the booking form and the chat we receive only the data you enter yourself: your name, phone number, the direction you chose and the text of your message. We do not ask for your email address.

Why we need it

The data is used solely to contact you, answer your question and book your appointment. We do not sell it and do not pass it to third parties.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept until your enquiry and the service that follows are complete. You may ask us to delete your data — write to us on WhatsApp.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only its own technical cookies, needed for the language version and the form to work. No third-party advertising trackers are connected. Fonts and styles are hosted on our own server; no external CDN is used.

The embedded map

A Google map is embedded on the contacts page. When it loads, your browser contacts Google's servers — that request is covered by Google's own policy.

The chat consultant

The text of your message is processed by a language model in order to produce a reply. Please do not send medical documents, card numbers or other sensitive data into the chat.
