My story
It all started with me
I am a mother of three. After my first and second pregnancies my body changed: three times I gained close to a hundred kilos. Even when the weight came off, I was still unhappy — the heavy saddlebags on my thighs were inherited from my mother and grandmother.
They ruined my silhouette: I could not wear high-waisted trousers, fitted dresses or a high-cut swimsuit. Liposuction seemed the only known answer. But once I saw what it leaves behind — lumps, scars, dents — I knew it was not my path.
That is how the SILUETICA manual method was born. It changed my life, and over six years the lives of thousands of women.
